Come cruise with us and celebrate the 50th anniversary of PMI on board of the Spirit of Ethan Allen. Boarding begins at the dock next to the Echo Lake Center at 5:30PM with a 6:00 departure and return by 9PM. Set sail with a complimentary drink, socialize, enjoy dinner and watch the sun set on Lake Champlain! Members plus 1 guest per registration. $10 per attendee. Menu: Harvest Moon Dinner/Buffet Dinner Service: Dinner Rolls warm from the oven served with butter Chef Carved Turkey Breast - moist and tender white meat with Traditional Homemade Gravy made fresh from pan drippings Baked Cod with Breadcrumb Topping - flaky Atlantic cod with breadcrumbs, butter and parmesan Traditional Herbed Bread Stuffing just like mom used to make Maple Roasted Butternut Squash - sweet and satisfying Mashed Potatoes - from scratch, seasoned to perfection Cranberry Compote - a pleasantly sweet and tart accompaniment Dessert Spirit Tuxedo Cake - decadent and luxurious topped with freshly whipped cream and seasonal berries
