Jessica Redmond

Leads Learning & Development at Rhino Foods, the Burlington-based innovator behind many of the inclusions found in your favorite ice-cream pints. Drawing on a career that started in aerospace engineering and evolved through nearly two decades as a mathteacher and school leader, she designs practical, people-centered systems that turn everyday work into continuous learning.

At Rhino, Jessica manages cross-functional projects and programs that weave together operations, distribution, quality, and finance. She builds the processes, dashboards, and coaching routines that keep diverse teams aligned while giving individuals clear avenues for growth. A certified Positive Intelligence Coach, she teaches colleagues to spot self-sabotaging habits and replace them with the “Sage” skills of empathy, curiosity, and decisive action—tools she also brings to public workshops and conference sessions. Her credentials include certification as a TWI-Job Relations instructor/trainer, Mental Health First Aid, PMP, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

Christopher Stephenson 

Christopher Stephenson is a serial AI entrepreneur, patent holder, and technology executive with over 35 years of experience building, scaling, and exiting companies at the intersection of artificial intelligence, unstructured data, and enterprise analytics.

At Nuix (ASX: NXL), Stephenson leads AI strategy and the company's AI governance program, shaping how one of the world's leading investigative analytics platforms applies advanced AI—including natural language processing, contextual classification, and large language models—to enterprise-scale data challenges across legal, regulatory, and investigative use cases. He led the development of Nuix's first formal, board-approved Responsible AI Policy and its five core Responsible AI principles—Explainability, Accessibility, Specificity, Fairness, and Safety—establishing the ethical and operational framework that governs how Nuix builds, deploys, and monitors AI across its product portfolio. Under his leadership, Nuix is advancing toward ISO 42001 certification for its AI management system—among the first investigative analytics platforms to pursue this standard.

A frequent speaker on AI strategy and responsible AI, Stephenson has served as plenary speaker at Nuix's annual XLR8 user conference and regularly engages partners, customers, and industry groups on topics including holistic AI strategy, operationalizing AI governance, and the practical challenges of deploying responsible AI in regulated industries.

Prior to Nuix, Stephenson founded Topos Labs, a Boston-based cognitive computing company that developed proprietary NLP technology for automated content understanding at scale. Topos was recognized by MIT as a Top 10 Innovator in 2019 and was acquired by Nuix in September 2021. Previously, he founded OnWords, an AI-driven media analytics company, and co-founded iCorps Technologies, a premier national managed IT consultancy where he remains an advisor and board member.

Gordon Clow

Gordon Clow is a Senior Business Analyst at National Life Group, where he specializes in reporting against the company’s project management software. Over a 42-year career in IT, he has worked across a wide range of roles, beginning as a COBOL programmer and later serving in technical support, team management, Lotus Notes administration, and business analysis. He holds a BA from Yale University, an MA in Economic Forecasting from SUNY Albany, and is a Certified Business Analysis Professional.

His current work and interests include exploring practical uses of AI in business settings. Out of curiosity and hands-on experimentation, he has developed a number of custom GPTs in ChatGPT for use at National Life and is also experimenting at home with vibe-coding and agent-based systems. He lives in Berlin, Vermont, with his daughter and three cats, and serves as Chair of the Berlin Planning Commission.
