Creating a Culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace has never been a more poignant topic than it has become in 2020. How can Project Management Professionals foster a culture of inclusion? How can we become more aware of unconscious biases affecting our management style? How can we overcome our own biases - and help others overcome their own biases? What is our responsibility to ourselves and others to promote a culture of unconditional respect and empathy for all of those we interact with? While it would take far more than one session to even begin to answer these questions fully, PMICV is bringing together an expert panel of thought leaders in the DEI space for this very special Virtual Panel Discussion Event on Diversity in Project Management. Please join us Wednesday 18 November 2020 at 6:30 PM EST for what is sure to be a thought-provoking and impactful discussion. Let's come together and discuss how celebrating our differences and bringing an empathetic perspective to all of our work can help us find success in our projects, and help create a better world for all. As part of your registration for this event, please take the time to submit at least one question or discussion topic for our panel by filling out this form: Form: DIVERSITY in Project Management - VIRTUAL PANEL - Questions and Topics Please feel free to make multiple submissions - we are excited to discuss with our panelists those topics most important to you!
