Our guest speaker will be Doug Racine, former Vermont Secretary of Human Services, Vermont State Senator, and 78th Lieutenant Governor of Vermont. His presentation "Change Management and Systems Thinking" will highlight lessons learned from his more than 20 years in government service. His presentation will cover a range of topics relevant to Project Managers across multiple disciplines: Change Management, Change Leadership, and Crisis Management as a few examples - as well as how to effect Organizational Change from a Systems Thinking approach. We are very excited to have Doug Racine join us as our featured speaker this month.
