Call for Volunteers!

The University of Vermont seeks 4 to 5 volunteers to serve on a panel discussion of local Project Management practitioners for its Project Management for Engineers course. It will be held Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 6:00 - 7:15 p.m., in UVM’s Innovation Hall E204. All backgrounds and experience levels of project management are welcome. The class teaches traditional and agile project management concepts and techniques, so the purpose of the panel discussion is to 1) help put classroom concepts into perspective as they apply in practice and 2) offer insights about the experiences, including challenges, of working in project management.  There are 25 students in the course, mostly Seniors.

Chapter members have participated for the last several years, and provided valuable insights to UVM students who will become the Project Managers of the future. Please email Brent Raymond at Brent.Raymond802@gmail.com if interested.
