Hello Everyone,

As mentioned in our May newsletter, the Board for PMICV is looking to pass a bylaws update.  The update involves changes in the board positions and the roles and responsibilities regarding the changing board positions.

Below is an overview of the changes

- A Vice President position has been added that is next in line to the President

- The Registrar position has been eliminated

- The Vice President of Communication position has been eliminated

- A Vice President of Outreach position has been added

- The Vice President of Programs position has been eliminated

- A Vice President of Community Building position has been added

- 2 at large board positions have been added

In regards to voting, PMI will send out a voting link tomorrow.  The voting will close on June 15th.  There will be a notification sent 1 week before voting closure as well as 2 days before voting closure.  After voting closure, if the bylaws pass, they will automatically become active.  Please reach out to board@pmicv.org if you have any questions.
