Hello Everyone,

Just a friendly final reminder that the bylaws voting closes in 2 days.  PMI has sent out a link for you to vote on the changes.  The subject of the email is Election Open - PMI Champlain Valley Chapter - 2023 Bylaws Renewal.  The voting link was sent out on June 1st.  The voting will close on June 15th.  Below is a list of the proposed changes in the bylaws update. The update involves changes in the board positions and the roles and responsibilities regarding the changing board positions.

Below is an overview of the changes

- A Vice President position has been added that is next in line to the President

- The Registrar position has been eliminated

- The Vice President of Communication position has been eliminated

- A Vice President of Outreach position has been added

- The Vice President of Programs position has been eliminated

- A Vice President of Community Building position has been added

- 2 at large board positions have been added

After voting closure, if the bylaws pass, they will automatically become active.  Please reach out to board@pmicv.org if you have any questions.
